great views personalized service honest housekeeper

The housekeeper showed great honesty by securing my wife's valuables left in the room during our absence. The coffee house provided great views and service during our daily breakfast. Front desk staff delivered friendly, personalized service, particularly during check-in.

The hotel's location is a bit removed from the main tourist attractions.

The breakfast buffet offered many options. I found it delicious. The location is very convenient. You can easily use taxis to go everywhere. I appreciated the staff. They were very friendly.

The front desk service wasn't the best. I got a room on the first floor that was smaller than booked. A coffee machine was missing in the room. It was provided only after two days. The AC wasn't working. I complained every night, but received the same answer.

excellent support clean hotel friendly staff safe experience

Traveling solo often requires extra assistance, and I found it here. The front office team offered me excellent support from check-in through check-out. The front office manager ensured I felt welcome and comfortable . I found the hotel spotlessly clean. I safety was good.

I did notice the absence of English instructions during a routine tannoy test, which might confuse some international guests.

the room i was given was far too small. there was hardly any space to move around. also, housekeeping did not replace the toiletries without me having to call and ask for it.

loud music poor service

The noise was a real problem. Weddings happened right above my room until late at night. Staff moved furniture after the wedding, causing even more noise. I requested assistance but they didn't take it seriously. It was almost 2 AM when I finally changed rooms. The front desk gave poor service.

i found mr celebei and neslihan very helpful. rooms include comfortable bedding. staff proved friendly and professional and attended to every need. breakfast provided a feast with many savory and sweet options that encompassed all flavors.

my room experienced a little noise during events. volume got rather high during weekend evenings. otherwise my stay was peaceful.
