The breakfast buffet offered many options. I found it delicious. The location is very convenient. You can easily use taxis to go everywhere. I appreciated the staff. They were very friendly.

The front desk service wasn't the best. I got a room on the first floor that was smaller than booked. A coffee machine was missing in the room. It was provided only after two days. The AC wasn't working. I complained every night, but received the same answer.

Traveling solo often requires extra assistance, and I found it here. The front office team offered me excellent support from check-in through check-out. The front office manager ensured I felt welcome and comfortable . I found the hotel spotlessly clean. I safe area.

I did notice the absence of English instructions during a routine tannoy test, which might confuse some international guests.

The noise was a real problem. Weddings happened right above my room until late at night. Staff moved furniture after the wedding, causing even more noise. I requested assistance but they didn't take it seriously. It was almost 2 AM when I finally changed rooms. The front desk gave poor service.

my room experienced a little noise during events. volume got rather high during weekend evenings. otherwise my stay was peaceful.
